Revisiting the Thens and the Nows of my blogathon with Thoughts All Sorts…

More from me on that 2 Reel Quirky Cats Blogathon.

So last week after four days and one bonus day,  Thoughts All Sorts and I wrapped up our blogathon with entries as far back as 1921 and as recent as this current year of 2017. We had a fabulous selection of 20 Then and Now posts from you lovely bloggers out there.

Thanks to ALL for those 40 terrific entries and their writers for joining us and sending us your wonderful posts. If you had planned to join the fun and have since written your posts, I’m still adding late arrivals to my Day 5 post here, and your posts will still be commented on and promoted via Twitter and Facebook like the other posts.

Here’s an exclusive post on this site only, where I – that is unless my fellow Quirky Cat has beaten me to it! – match up your Then and Now post in one huge bumper post. As I’ll also be reading and commenting on your Now posts as I write this, this accounts for the wee delay in publishing…  And please check your spam folders as some of my comments have recently gone awry!

I’d like to thank my co-host and fellow Quirky Cat, Thoughts All Sorts for her daily coverage of your wonderful now posts and her terrific banners which inspired more than one of you.

As Thoughts All Sorts is currently concentrating on her family and career it is with sadness that the collaboration has ended. Anyone set up for guest posts contact me and you can write one for my blog if you wish. I wish her all the best in the future.

And finally (shameless plug time) I’d like to invite you all to my next joint blogathon and this time it’s with the lovely Crystal from The Good Old Days of Classic Hollywood and all will be revealed soon. And I’ve another one lined up with a fantastic blogger on this page.

But do keep your eyes peeled to join us in these 2018 blogathons !

    • No problem, but that does mean that we are even with the bad film watching – I sat through the Notebook, and had to remember it for your films I hate tag! Think you fared better (just). If you in the mood to do another random tag and fancy doing a joint one – give me a shout!
