BLOGATHON… Day 1 has landed for the US Marines Blogathon!

Attention for the Day has come for Day 1 of the Marines blogathon…

These are the first of the bloggers who handled the challenge.

So after a 5 hour exam in Finnish yesterday, I’m tired out… but happy to announce the first of the entries for my US Marines blogathon. This blogathon with my co-host, Jonathan from Dubsism with some wonderful reviews coming in (as you read).  I’ll be adding to this post as I get the posts as I get them – so keep tuning in as there are so many more on their way. And tune in tomorrow for even more posts.

This is the first of my blogathon collaborations with Dubsism and if this topic not your thing, remember to tune in around April next year for our next joint exciting blogathon.  Click on the film or subject title to read these posts.

Now, read at ease … and enjoy these posts..

Kicking off the blogathon is yours truly with four films from Gene Hackman, who was a Marine before he commenced his acting career… here in Realweegiemidget Reviews‘  4 Films from Gene Hackman.

Next up is Ruth from Silver Screenings with her post on Flying Leathernecks (1951)…

and Jenny from Silver Screen Suppers shares a recipe or two from Ex-Marine Bea Arthur with her Carrot Soup recipe and more

Caftan Woman adds her post on Hail the Conquering Hero (1944)…

Movie Movie Blog Blog II adds his post on The D.I. (1957)…

My co-host Dubsism adds his post on Sands of Iwo Jima (1949)…

That’s all for now folks but remember to keep tuning in for Day 2 tomorrow…
