BLOGATHON… The Day 2 of the Christopher Lee Blogathon has Dawned

More blogged, More came, More tributed…

Even more film and TV remembrances with Christopher Lee in the movies and on TV.

Seems as always I missed a great party atmosphere last night after the Finnish late hours got the better of me and I crashed out. This morning I woke up to posts from a fantastic four… but not those often badly filmed superheroes as then it really would be crazy and like something out of the Twilight Zone!

Anyway, a wonderful 10 (including me) posts which you will find on my Day 1 post HERE… there are posts about horrors, mysteries and Scotland which made me scared, puzzled and homesick.. As always our contributors have excelled themselves with their writing and I feel privileged that you joined with those posts, guys! Thanks…

So more on Mr Lee, he’s quite a celebrity over here as my Darlin Husband told me Christopher Lee packed his best thermals and came over here to fight in the Winter War. He’s also starred in the movies with at least three Dynastys stars from the Prime Time 80s Soap. These with Joan Collins, Emma Samms – in her film debut – and Stephanie Beacham… and that is the three I know about as there could be more!

All three of these movies have still to be reviewed, so if you have the time and motivation today we still have one day to go… so check out those details HERE... Or can email my host Barry of Cinematic Catharsis at barry_cinematic@yahoo.com, or reach him on Twitter (@barry_cinematic).. or contact him HERE

As far as I know, he hasn’t acted with a Dallas star, but I am sure my co-host will let me know…

But now for today’s lovely lot…

Taking Up Room‘s Rebecca shares her post on an impressive list of 10 of Christopher Lee’s Film and TV Appearances

Holger from Hallo, Hier Spricht, tells us more on the Secret of the Red Orchid (aka: Das Rätsel der roten Orchidee) (1962).

Steven from BookSteve’s Library adds a post on Jinnah (1998)…

Mitchell from It’s About TV regales about a TV role with Christopher Lee in Never, Never Say Die from The Avengers (1967)…

Stabford Deathrage joins the fun with Hercules in the Haunted World (1961)…

Movie Rob adds his final post on Alice In Wonderland (2010)…

and the Caftan Woman adds her thoughts on How the West Was Won (1978)

Diary of a Movie Maniac adds his post on Return from Witch Mountain (1978)…

And keep tuning in as I will add posts as I get them and remember to tune in for more on Day 1 and tomorrow for the final day…
