Pour yourself a wee whisky and join us for Day 1 of this blogathon…
The first of those entries with those “Scottish” characters from the big and wee screen.
So if you take the high road, and I take the low road we can meet for these “Scottish” blogathon characters together with dialects of all kinds and loosely based on a Scottish accent. I’m saying loosely as some of these accents are a just wee bit on the dodgy side. But happily, they all have me missing my homeland. Some were filmed in Scotland and some… a Hollywood backlot.
But if you’ve tuned in, just to see some actors in kilts, then this is the place for you… And yes, there’s still time to enter the fun with the blogathon finishing on the 8th. And usually, these blogathon shindigs finish the next day. And the rules are HERE…

A lovely tribute to Cyd’s lovely performance as Fiona (and applause to Carol Wells). The thing I note about her accent throughout is the consistency. I put this down to her dance training. The best learn a thing and learn it well.
