What a unique idea for a blogathon! I’d like to do the most extreme example you can imagine — Charlie Chaplin’s first and final feature films as writer-director-actor: THE KID (1921) and A COUNTESS FROM HONG KONG (1967).

If it’s not too late to join in, I’d love to tackle TRON (1982) and TRON: LEGACY (2010)

Anytime is fine! Great choices will put you down for Jeff Bridges as star of both movies! Love these Choices, btw!

Wonderful, thanks! (I assumed you’d know I meant Jeff Bridges and not Bruce Boxleitner 🙂 )

Of course, seen both. Compulsory viewing with two stepsons!

Hey Gill. I’d like to try something different. Please put me down for Robin Williams. I will decide on the films after.

My then film will be “Good Morning Vietnam” and my later film will be a later film of Robin’s. I will decide on that. Put me down for Robin Williams anyway, starting with Good Morning Vietnam.

Hi Gill. Ok, I’ve finally decided. For my then films, I would like to explore two Robin Williams films. “Good Morning Vietnam” ( 1987 ) and “Dead Poets Society”, and for my now films, I would like to explore two of Robin Williams last movies, “Boulevard” ( 2014 ) and “The Angriest Man In Brooklyn”. Let me know if that will be okay?

The Angriest Man In Brooklyn is also 2014.

You’re welcome. Those two films I’m doing for the then posts are my favorites of his films. And his last two films of his that I’m doing of his shall be interesting, as they are the last he made before committing suicide. I haven’t seen them before, but look forward to watching them.

Hi Gill. For my choice, I’m going to change things around a bit. Instead of “Good Morning Vietnam”, can I talk about “Mork & Mindy” and instead of “Boulevard”, can I write about “One Hour Photo” ( 2002 )? I am still going to do “Dead Poets Society” and “The Angriest Man In Brooklyn”. Nothing has changed there.

Of course you can will alter that now – no problem. I understand, I always find a better film to review after I click the send button for my first choice!

Thanks. I seen “Boulevard” the other night, and I much as I enjoyed it, I’m just inspired to write about that one. It was a rather strange movie.

No problem! How weird we talking?

Well, Robin Williams played a married man who was having rather intimate alliances with a young guy, whom he was meeting in the private.

It’s definitely an interesting movie. I’ve been meaning to ask you for a while. How would you feel about co-hosting a Robin Williams Blogathon with me? I would like to host a blogathon in his honor, and I think that you are probably the best one to ask to help me with hosting duties.
