Most were much more in the “B” movie category, but that’s where the jobs were, and she always popped on screen – love that you are doing this! I posted about “The Poseidon Adventure” last week…Winters argued with Gene Hackman about a scene, and called the filming that day: “the most dreadful morning I’ve had since I made a film with Judy Garland.”

Thanks – I am a HUGE Gene Hackman fan but Director William Friedkin goes off on him as well in his autobiography…as Nicolas Cage may have said in a film “he’s a prickly pear!”

I’m up to taking a bat jump in Gotham Lake and do a review of Winters’ appearance as “Ma Parker’ on the 60’s “Batman” TV show.
